A digital business ecosystem where prospects learn what the business is about, members develop real skills, and leaders train the people who joined through them, all from one place. Built as a full Next.js application, not a landing page.
The problem
The client runs a business-education program built around three stages: get people to understand the model, help members actually build income-earning skills, and turn the strongest members into leaders who bring in and train the next cohort. Before this build, that journey was scattered across chat groups, PDFs and one-off calls. Nothing tied it together, and there was no single place a prospect could land and immediately understand what they were signing up for.
What I built
- A structured, three-stage journey (Learn, Build, Lead) represented as a real flow inside the product rather than a marketing diagram.
- A conversion-focused landing experience that gets a visitor from "what is this?" to "start my journey" or "talk to a mentor" without friction.
- An account system so returning members land in the right stage of the program automatically.
- Content and structure the client can edit without a developer, documented for their non-technical team.
Why it matters
The business now has one canonical place to send every prospect and every member, and a clear content model for the growth mechanic that makes their program work: leaders bringing in and training the next generation of members. That structure didn't exist as software before this build.
